
Oxfordshire Parent Carers Forum (OxPCF) is recruiting for four key roles to support our work advocating for parent carers of children and young people with SEND across Oxfordshire and online.

📌 Marketing and Communications Lead (6 hours/week, term time) – Manage OxPCF’s social media, website, newsletters, and event promotion, ensuring clear and engaging communication.
📌 SEND Connect Coordinator (6 hours/week, term time) – Organise & facilitate parent carer events across Oxfordshire and online, ensuring families have access to support & key information.
📌 Feedback and Reporting Coordinator (5 hours/week, term time) – Gather, analyse & present parent feedbackto help shape SEND services in Oxfordshire.
📌 SEND Network Coordinator (3 hours/week, term time) – Support and facilitate the Oxfordshire SEND Partnership Network, engaging professionals and organisations to collaborate on SEND services.
💡 Interested in more than one role? These can be combined for additional hours if you have the relevant skills and experience!
🔹 Flexible working with a mix of home-based and in-person activities during term time
🔹 Self-employed contract (£22.75 per hour)
🔹 Travel expenses covered where required
