💼 Work for Us – Join the OxPCF Team!
We’re currently recruiting for four key roles to support our work advocating for parent carers and improving services for children and young people with SEND.
📌 Marketing & Communications Lead (6 hours/week, term time)
🔹 Manage OxPCF’s social media, website, newsletters, and event promotion to ensure clear and engaging communication.
📌 SEND Connect Coordinator (6 hours/week, term time)
🔹 Organise and facilitate parent carer events across Oxfordshire and online, ensuring families have access to support & key information.
📌 Feedback & Reporting Coordinator (5 hours/week, term time)
🔹 Gather, analyse, and present parent feedback to help shape SEND services in Oxfordshire.
📌 SEND Network Coordinator (3 hours/week, term time)
🔹 Support and facilitate the Oxfordshire SEND Partnership Network, engaging professionals and organisations to collaborate on SEND services.
💡 Interested in more than one role? These can be combined for additional hours if you have the relevant skills and experience!
✔ Flexible working – mix of home-based & in-person activities (term-time only)
✔ Self-employed contract – £22.75 per hour
✔ Travel expenses covered where required

📌 Volunteer Roles Available:
👥 Parent Representatives – Represent parent carers and OxPCF at meetings, boards, and workstreams.
📝 Consultation Group – Join a team of parent carers to review and provide feedback on SEND-related documents, policies, and processes.
💡 Focus Group Participants – Share your insights and experiences to help shape and improve SEND services and provisions.
📱 Peer Support Group Moderators – Help moderate our Oxfordshire SEND Room Facebook group, providing support and guidance to fellow parents.
📂 Administrative Volunteers – Use your skills in admin, database management, graphic design, and more to support OxPCF’s work.
