Your voice matters! Whether your child is considering or has been on an EOTAS journey, this is your chance to share experiences and help shape future support. Don’t miss out on this important conversation.

We also invite you to fill out our Child’s Journey Form to ensure your child’s story is heard, even if you can’t attend the event. Completing this form on behalf of your child or together with them—whichever works best for your family—is a valuable opportunity for them to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences with EOTAS.
Your input is crucial, and even if you’re unable to attend the event, your contributions will help the local authority understand the real impact and outcomes of EOTAS from the perspective of those who matter most—your children. All responses will be used anonymously unless you choose otherwise.
