Our Policies and Agreements
At OxPCF, we are committed to transparency, integrity, and collaboration in all our work. Our policies and agreements define how we work with families, professionals, and partners to support children and young people with SEND in Oxfordshire.

• Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Local Area Partnership
This agreement establishes the principles and commitments guiding our collaborative efforts with the Local Area Partnership to improve services and outcomes for children and young people with SEND. It ensures clear communication, mutual respect, and shared goals between OxPCF and the Local Area Partnership.

• Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Oxfordshire Family Support Network (OxFSN)
OxFSN, our host charity, has been instrumental in supporting OxPCF’s growth and development since 2018. This MoU formalises our partnership, where OxFSN provides essential administrative, financial, and operational support to OxPCF, allowing us to focus on our advocacy work and engagement with families. OxFSN manages our funding, assists with IT and HR support, and provides strategic guidance, ensuring we can operate effectively and sustainably.

• Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour and respect we uphold within our forum. This policy applies to all members, representatives, and partners, ensuring a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone involved.
